Do you have relatives on polar opposite beliefs? Political conservative and liberal; strongly religious and atheist; carnivore and vegan? Do you dread holiday dinners full of conflict? How do you survive the meal, let alone the whole day, without pulling your hair out in frustration?

Join us to talk with Isabelle O. Dominguez, LPC, a Behavioral Health Therapist with Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility about conflict resolution and learn some de-escalation tactics.

This program will be held in person in the Roadrunner Room, and registration is not required. Please note that face masks are required in the Branigan Library.
