Social Justice Reading Group will discuss books related to a topic of local, national or international importance. A librarian will introduce a featured book on the subject and group members are invited to introduce a book for discussion that they have read. A recommended reading list for each month's topic is available HERE. The topic for the month of March is Reproductive Justice. The featured book is All You Have to Do Is Call by Kerri Maher, a work of historical fiction on "The Jane Collective" who offered safe, but illegal abortions in Chicago in the years before Roe v. Wade.
